Britney Spears – Make Me
“Make Me…” is a song recorded by American singer Britney Spears for her ninth studio album, Glory in 2016. It features the vocal collaboration of American rapper G-Eazy. The track was written by Spears, Matthew Burns, Joe Janiak and Gerald Gillum, while produced by Burns, with Mischke serving as a vocal producer. “Make Me…” was released as the album’s lead-single on July 15, 2016, after being previously delayed due to reported production difficulties. It is described as a “slinky” midtempo R&B-influenced ballad. Lyrically, the song talks about demanding sexual satisfaction.
The song received generally favorable reviews from critics. Commercially, the song reached the top-twenty in Canada, France, Scotland and the United States and top fourty in Australia, where it charted at number seventeen on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the dance chart. John Legend – All of Me
“All of Me” is a song by American singer John Legend from his fourth studio album Love in the Future released in 2013. Legend co-wrote the song with Toby Gad and co-produced it with Dave Tozer. It is dedicated to Legend’s wife Chrissy Teigen. “All of Me” first aired on American mainstream urban radio as the album’s third single on August 12, 2013.
“All of Me” became Legend’s biggest hit to date. On the week ending May 16, 2014, it peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 becoming his first number-one single in the United States. It knocked off “Happy” by Pharrell Williams, which had spent ten weeks at number one. The song peaked at number two in the United Kingdom and New Zealand and topped the charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. It became the second best-selling song of 2014 in the United States with 4.67 million copies sold for the year,[1] as well as the third best-selling song in the United Kingdom.
